When the signal is summed to mono, Wider automatically cancels itself out, leaving the original signal intact.
With Wider, you have complete control over the width of the stereo image. It allows you to increase the stereo image of any mono signal up to 200% of full stereo, providing an incredibly wide and exaggerated effect.
